About Me

I’m a hobby beekeeper with just 8 hives—caring for my bees not as a business, but as a way to connect with nature and give back to the environment. Beekeeping has shown me how much bees do for us: from pollinating my vegetable garden to keeping flowers and fruit trees thriving.

Every year, the bees gift me more honey than my family can enjoy. Last season alone, they produced around 250 lbs of pure, golden honey. We keep what we need, and I share the rest locally at a small price—$15 per jar (1.2 lb / 19.2 oz). Nothing added, nothing processed—just 100% raw honey straight from the comb.

Beekeeping isn’t easy—it takes patience, hard work, and care. But seeing the bees flourish, watching my garden thrive, and sharing real honey with others makes every step worthwhile. Supporting local beekeepers helps keep pollinators strong, our food supply secure, and our environment healthier.

This honey is more than just sweet—it’s a reminder of the important role bees play in all of our lives. 🐝🍯

Our Clean & Careful Process

When it comes to honey, purity matters. That’s why every step of our extraction process is done in a sterile, food-safe environment. The honey flows directly from the frames into the extractor and then into jars—never touched by hand at any point.

All of our jars and equipment are thoroughly washed, sanitized, and inspected before each use. From uncapping the frames to sealing the jars, we take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. This ensures that the honey you enjoy is exactly as the bees created it—pure, safe, and fresh.

By keeping our process clean and careful, we preserve the natural quality of raw honey while also giving you peace of mind with every spoonful.

A Beekeeper’s Journey

My Story

What started as a simple curiosity turned into a rewarding passion. I keep bees not as a business, but as a hobby—one that connects me with nature and helps me give back to the environment. Today, I maintain 8 thriving hives on my property, and while I may expand in the future, my main goal has always been simple: to care for bees, to support pollination, and to enjoy pure, 100% raw honey with my family.

Why I Keep Bees

Beekeeping is not just about honey. It’s about stewardship. Bees are some of the hardest-working creatures on Earth, and the impact they have is profound. From pollinating my vegetable garden to keeping local flowers and fruit trees productive, I see the results of their work every single day. My garden is healthier, my plants more vibrant, and I know that beyond my fence, they’re also helping farmers and wild landscapes flourish.

The Work Behind the Honey

Many don’t realize how much effort goes into producing a jar of honey. Bees must visit millions of flowers and travel miles just to make a single pound. As a beekeeper, my job is to carefully manage the hives, keep the bees healthy, and harvest only the extra honey they produce. It’s physical work—lifting heavy boxes, dealing with the heat, and protecting the colonies from pests and disease—but it’s worth it every time I see the golden honeycomb capped and ready to harvest.

A Gift from the Bees

This past year, my bees produced nearly 250 pounds of honey. My family and I could never consume that much on our own, so I choose to share the surplus with my community. I offer it simply and honestly—$15 per jar, each containing 1.2 lb (19.2 oz) of pure, raw honey. Nothing added, nothing taken away. Just what the bees gave, carefully bottled.

The Value of Beekeepers in Society

Keeping bees is more than a personal passion—it’s a responsibility. Across the world, bee populations face challenges, from habitat loss to pesticides. Every beekeeper, whether managing two hives or two hundred, plays a role in preserving these vital pollinators. Without bees, much of the food we eat would simply not exist. By supporting local beekeepers, you’re also supporting the balance of our ecosystems.

Our Ethic

My promise is simple: I keep bees because I love them, not because I must. I believe in treating them with respect, only taking what they can spare, and giving back by ensuring they have the resources to thrive. Every jar of honey I share is a reflection of this ethic—produced with care, gratitude, and honesty.
